Lindsey's Baby Shower

This cake was for a friend of a friend's baby shower. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and one layer of raspberry jam + mousse - all under white fondant...somehow it turned out. The flowers are fresh.

Very nice! Boo-Boo & I were talking about using white fondant to cover choc BCI.. Now we know it can be done!

Thanks everyone! AngelWendy, Wilton sells a quilting tool - looks like a mini pizza cutter - that you can roll on your fondant once you lay it on the cake. You have to do it fairly quickly so that the fondant doesn't become too hard before you get the marks on it.
