Peanut Butter Cup Cake
Peanut Butter Cup Cake! Chocolate cake with PB butter cream, ganche, and pbcups. Small PB cup cake for top tier. I used the wilton cupcake pan for the pb cup. Melted choc and covered the sides. popped it in freezer 15 mins. and it pops right out. Baked a cake that had to be cut down to fill the choc shell. Covered with melted choc. cooled in fridge another 10-15 to keep its shape. No cake board under pb cup as the shell was hard enough
