I made this Monsters Inc cake for my son's 3rd Birthday. The cake is my new flavour combination called Cookie Monster which is alternating dark chocolate and vanilla bean cake, Oreo cookie crunch buttercream & dark chocolate ganache in the layers and covered in ganache and fondant. The figurines are made of a combination of RKT, fondant, gumpaste and modeling chocolate. This was definitely a labour of love
