I took this design from a three tier cake I'd seen on Pinterest and Oz'd it up by adding the ruby slippers and flags and yellow brick road. The cake is a 5-layer rainbow cake with buttercream filling and frosting. The bottom is a printed icing sheet, the ruby slippers are chocolate with red disco dust and the yellow brick road and red swag are fondant.
