Cake for a friend and co-worker's retirement party. I tried to capture her interests, including rock climbing, yoga, biking, camping, etc. Bottom tier is chocolate mud cake with chocolate-raspberry filling. Top tier is lemon-blueberry with eggless lemon curd filling. Both covered in SMBC and MMF. Decor in fondant and gumpaste.
