had a call and needed a quick cake for a lady. that is what she wanted on the cake was the guys age 62 with a ? and a ! on it. she didnt care what colors. i love customers like that. the white icing was made using splenda, and the borders and writing are regular icing. the splenda i used my blender and powdered it. it works but not all that great. it still has a little bit of grit to it but with the cake it cuts back the grit a little bit. her husband is borderline diabetic.
