Abandon cemetery cake. This cake was covered in fondant using the paneling technique, then the side where imprinted with a texture mat to give the stone effect, which was then brush and swipe with food color to give it depth effect. The tree and vine are made with modeling chocolate. The leaves are made of gum paste with a three color marbleizing process, cut with an emboss cutter then when dried were brush with brown dusting powder. The tombstone is made of gum paste with a brushing of black dust then wipe. The two columns are of gum paste with brick texture and brush and wiped with food color, as for the top and base are dried brushed and wipe. The gate is made with gum paste piece by piece then glued together with edible glue. All leafs; stone and pumpkins are set with edible glue.
