This was a cake for the Annual Elks Lodge Luau for 150 people. Full sheet cake with an 8 inch square on top to add to the serving size. The left half of the sheet was chocolate with raspberry filling and the right half was yellow with chocolate filling. I put two half sheets together to make a full sheet. The trick is making it look like one cake altogether.
