Fall birthday cake for my husband's uncle. Everything is fondant and the cake is actually the bottom tier of my daughter's Hawaiian cake that I had frozen. I had to make it without wheat, dairy and eggs because my husband and I are both allergic. If the cake is fresh it's good, but I wouldn't recommend freezing a gluten free cake though. I've done it twice now and each time the cake tasted very 'grainy'.
