Swiss chocolate cake with chocolate chips and minis added done just for practice. Chocolate filling and icing and then covered in MMF with buttercream roses and borders. My first attempt at MMF. Did pretty well, but had to knead in more powdered sugar so it wouldn't stick and fall apart. VERY sweet though! Want to try making regular fondant now! :-)
