Shamrock Cookies
My first order, bagged up and ready to go. I made 3 different color combos of this cookie using two shades of green and yellow. The other cookies are plain green with small star border, light green with sanding sugar, marbled fondant base with RI border. There were 24 total and they were so thick that they almost didn't fit in the box!

Well done! I can imaginge how long it took to do these too. I hope your customer was pleased with the outcome! Out of curiousity-what did you attach the fondant to the cookie with for the fondant ones?
Thanks!! I watered down a little bit of white royal icing, painted it on the backside of the fondant cut-out, and then placed it on the cookie.
