Don't hate buttercream...did you let the cake cool? I love the sobrero. I saw it on Wilton site and wondered how to incorporate it into a cake. Great Job!

Yes it is...it was really hard though...my first one fell apart with MMF...so I ended up using Wilton Fondant. Thank You!!!
