Birthday cake for my sister-in-law. Single-layer flourless chocolate truffle cake with a semi-sweet poured ganache glaze. Piping is ganache (after chilling ganache for one hour) and blossoms are Tootsie Rolls rolled thin and cut with a gumpaste cutter. Fast and fun! It tasted oh-so-good, too. :)
