60th birthday cake for a man. 8" french vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream frosting, a chocolate ganache drip and filled inside with a coconut filling topped with bavarian cream. I used a template to make the '60' fondant topper out of gum paste and covered the little balls with gold disco dust.
