This was a red velvet cake with Swiss meringue buttercream covered in white fondant. I then applied an overlay in white and garnished with edible silver pearls. Flowers are made out of a 50/50 fondant gumpaste mix.
Cupcakes were red velvet with Swiss meringue buttercream, vanilla bean with orange cream buttercream, chocolate with caramel buttercream and chocolate mint with mint buttercream.
