Vw Beetle - 21St Birthday Cake
This is my first attempt at this type of cake. It is made from Devil's Foods Cake, 3 layers sandwiched together with Mock Cream and covered with Fondant Icing. It measured 40cm long, 24cm high and 19cm wide. It was a great surprise to my daughter as the cake was identical to her Red VW Beetle.

I recently made a Herbie cake, But it didn't come out quite like yours, altho I didn't use fondant. I am so impressed! ':D') A VW is hard to do.
