This is a Doc McStuffins Themed cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Everything is made of cake and covered in MMF. The band-aids and other accessories are made of MMF as well. The bag handle, flap and letters are sprinkled with pink sanding sugar to give the glittery affect that Doc's bag has.
