I can't take credit for this design. A friend brought me a photo and asked me to recreate something similar for her daughter's birthday. The ponies are plastic.....all other decorations fondant/gumpaste.

Thank you! I just rolled strips of fondant, attached them with him glue, and let it dry for several days.
