This cake always gets rave reviews! It is from the Wilton site. It is a sheet cake frosted in buttercream with extra-tall top border also in buttercream. Then you put scoops of different flavored ice cream on top, add chopped bananas, drained pineapple chunks and nuts. Pipe a swirl on top of each scoop of ice cream and a cherry on top. Then drizzle chocolate syrup all over. It is YUMMY!
