This cake has a Texas to Canada blend. It was for an 80th Birthday celebration, I made all the decorations out of chocolate candy melts. I made items that spoke to his life and loves. The cake was French vanilla with buttercream icing. He loved it! they are still talking about all the fun decorations, and every time they see me..such fun.
