The design of this cake was specifically requested to mirror one from Fem Cakes. The bottom tier is a 10-inch with more than 200 ruffled petals in aqua with a subtle ombre effect. The top tier is an 8-inch with quilting and a gumpaste bow. I got the "bling" ribbon from Michael's and the 17 on top is on a circle of fondant with melted candy melts spread on the back to provide strength since I procrastinated in making it!
