Peacock themed cake created by Sugar Art by Angela. This cake was created as a display for a local bridal expo. Each feather consists of 4 pieces using the hydrangea leaf cutter for the two largest parts of the feather. Each piece of the feather was individually ruffled. Feathers were dusted with edible luster dusts and gold highlighter. The peacock was crafted from gum paste. There were at least 20 hours of work in this project.
