I made this cake for a lovely girl who wanted nothing else for her birthday but a Castle Cake... The best compliment ever was her face when she came in to pick it up and couldn't believe she was allowed to take it with her! The Cake is completely edible except for the flagpoles, cakedrums and dowels.
