The top part of the cake is a three layer chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling and an almaretto frosting and the bottom half is a three layer champagne cake with a cheesecake filling and champagne frosting. The rattle, teddy bear and diapers (in the side pockets) are all made of fondant. The blocks and keys are from a chocolate mold.
