Mmf And Ribbon Roses
10" Dark chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. 8" white cake filled with marshmallow-cream cheese covered in MMF. This was for St. Patricks day but I didn't want to do shamrocks, I needed practice on my fondant ribbon roses!
very nice. your roses look nice, it looks like you need to roll the fondant a little thinner. I have trouble with the ribbon roses too.
