Sofia the First Princess Birthday Cake, moist chocolate cake, 1 x 10", 1x 6". Towers made out of toilet roll covered in fondant, crown made of fondant with jelly diamonds. Would have attempted to make Sofia out of fondant but ran out of time so make 3D card model instead. Cake was huge success, my niece wouldn't let us cut the cake at the party. x
