Re creation of the banner that hangs from the Habs stadium when they retired Patrick Roys number. The cake is a from scratch White Almond Sour Cream Cake with a sinfully silky Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling and icing. Everything is edible including the Stanley Cup made by hand from Modelling Chocolate and the Fondant Habs Logo. I had a lot of fun making this cake...
