This is my first wedding cake. It is a gift for a friend. It is far from perfect but considering the potential disaster it could have been, I'm pleased. The tiers are 6", 9" and 12". The bottom two tiers are wasc filled with IMBC and the top tier is red velvet filled with IMBC. The callas are made with gumpaste. I had the hardest time with the fondant. It kind of dried and looked like elephant skin, the worst was the bottom tier which I was able to hide with the stenciling. I'm grateful for all the tips I have discovered here, I couldn't have done it without them. Just out of curiosity, how much do you think this is worth? I'm wondering what the value of my gift might be. Also, any constructive criticism is welcomed.
