Flowers are sugar dahlias on a long stem (looks like they are floating) and some filler flowers. Top is done with marvelous molds which I finally broke down and decided to buy- well worth it. Bottom tier is 3 different ruffle techniques and took me over 6 hours to just do that- loved every minute and the bride loved it!
