Zak's Birthday
I made this cake for my friend's son's 1st birthday. It was a 1/2 sheet, 3 layer, white cake with strawberry and chocolate ganache fillings and buttercream frosting. The flowers and lily pads were made of gumpaste. The large duck cake on top was to be for the "birthday boy". We lifted it off and gave it to him and he screamed in fright every time we brought it near! Made for some really great video!
