This cake inspired by a famous legendary story in Indonesia, Nyi Loro Kidul. Nyi Loro Kidul often illustrated as a mermaid with a tail as well the lower part of the body of a snake or fish. The meaning of Nyi Loro Kidul is Queen of the South Sea.

This cake take 12 hours to finished, it's Chocolate Devil's Cake, covered with homemade fondant, made by myself, and all details made by hand and some tools. After cover the cake with fondant, colored blue and wihite using air brush technic, then I made the details. At the end I sprinkle some pearl, blue, green and gold lustre dust.
