Made this cake for a co-worker who was leaving the company and the state. A three layer 10" chocolate cake (epicurios recipe); filled with milk chocolate ganache; frosted in IMBC; and decorated in fondant lettering to say - farewell; adios; arrivederci; and bon voyage.
