Surfboard cookies decorated by kids in a birthday party. I bended a circle cookie cutter at the two extremities to create a surfboard cutter. I had prepared the plain cookies (coconut flavored) and different pastry bags filled with colored royal icing. The kids then decorated them and brought their own cookie home, instead of a treat bag.
