O.K. I've been at it again. Thought this flower would look nice for an all white wedding cake. I used clear gelatin. Still working on eliminating air bubbles.
Believe it or not, they are not very fragile. You can still bend the petals after they are formed. The biggest problem is making sure that the gelatin doesn't separate from the wire after they have set. Lenette, check the Cake Decorating Forum under Gelatin Flowers. I posted the instructions there.
