(Sorry for the poor quality photo - it was taken at the venue with poor light). This cake was made for a fund raising benefit for Parkerville Children & Youth Care Charity celebrating their 110th birthday.

The cake was decorated with Parkervilles logo and cartoon stick children of different nationalities. This cake serves a whopping 570 portions and stands over a meter tall.

Hope they have a very successful evening and raise lots of money for the many children who need it!
