The board was generated based on what I would want my wedding dress to look like if I had an endless budget :) Diamond and pearl encrusted, covered in silver, big, rich, deep swaggy ruffles…

The cake stand is hand created and is a permanent structure attached to the board. The base board is hand crafted faux distressed/bleached wood, made with fondant and accented with petal dusts. The cake has Isomalt sugar diamonds, edible silver leaf, silver and pearl dragees. The ruffles were created with confectioner’s wafer so they would be light, ethereal and translucent like one of the dresses on my Pinterest board.
