Palm tree is gum paste, flowers and rocks are fondant, tiki head and "drift wood" plaque are chocolate, water is piping gel, "fence" is store bought rolled wafers and the "sand" is crushed butter cookies mixed with light brown sugar. Cake iced in buttercream icing and the grass is buttercream.
