Wiggles Big Red Car & Balloon Cupcakes
Our youngest 1st birthday, he loves Balloons so I made him a few cupcakes to have of his own to play with. For everyone else I made the Wiggles Big Red car from one of his fav. books. All covered in Buttercream. (July 2005)

Thanks it was good, it just took forever since it was a 1/2 sheet! I thougth I would never finish the little red stars!
