Minnie Mouse themed 1st Birthday Cake. I love how this cake turned out - so sweet and girly. The only thing I was disappointed with was I took pictures and did not have enough natural light. For some reason it makes Minnie look more red than pink. She was in fact a fuschia pink.

Cake was quite a tall 4 layered 8" caramel mud filled with caramel buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache and then fondant. Minnie was make from modelling paste.
