This is the first stacked book cake that I have made. So proud of myself, I did it all in one day....worked up a sweat with this one...All in one day I baked 3 cakes, one chocolate, one vanilla strawberry, and one carrot cake, one batch of ganache, one batch of buttercream, make the fondant and color it and make the the decorations...phew I was beat, especailly one such a hot day....hee hee hee
