(Jun 2013) This was my first attempt at a Topsy Turvy Cake. The Bride and Groom wanted to go for something funny, so I made the Bride looked like she just slipped and fell over and the groom laughing at her. He also asked, as a surprise for his wife to be, if I could make their two cats to go on the cake. Made all the figures from fondant/gumpaste. The Bottom tier is a Lemon Cake (with very Lemon Buttercream), the next one up is a Vanilla Sponge (with Purple Vanilla Buttercream), the spotted tier is Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Fudge Ganache) and the top tier is Red Velvet Cake (with a Cream Cheese filling) Hope you like the cake!! xMCx
