Test Cake
i've been baking for the "test" cake all weekend and wanted to try red velvet so i made this cake and decorated it like we plan on doing the wedding cake... it's all mmf and bc underneath with red velvet... let me know what you think :)
It looks really pretty, your roses are perfect! The red velvet is probably close to the same color as the roses...neat!

I love your roses, I tried making gumpaste roses and hated every minute of it, is fondant roses easier??? Or is it a lost cause for me :)
