I used a few different techniques for this cake. The bottom and second tier were quilted with a few different patterns added in the teal and orange. For the top and third tier, I used an impression mat on the marshmallow fondant first, then used a edge cutter to get the pattern on the top of the borders. I added some orange sugar flowers.
