My sweet, awesome nephew graduated college: this cake is in honor of his acheivement and 4 years of intercollegiate soccer (If I may brag, all of the school coaches voted and he was given the sportsmanship award!!!!). We are so proud of him! Cake is mocha chocolate with marshmallow frosting. Cake board is covered in royal icing. Characters and signs are fondant. Signs are edible paper on fondant.
