A peacock three layer birthday cake - triple chocolate fudge with vanilla pudding filling, creme brulee cake middle layer with chocolate ganache filling and then tripple chocolate fudge cake for top layer... all covered in vanilla buttercream with a hand drawn and painted fondant peacock. This was one of those cakes that just fought the whole way to creation and ofcourse did not turn out as I wanted it too... but the person whom I gifted it too loved it.
