I made this for my Dr. who is leaving the state. The peonies were airbrushed gold and dusted with burgundy petal dust. The scrolled cage was made with royal icing, airbrushed gold and placed around the cake. This was a class from Collette Peters on craftsy.com. I learned how to make the peonies from Chef Lodge's class on craftsy also.
