This was my second stacked cake. If you have seen my first it was a disaster. This time I used larger dowels and had one going through both tiers. Instead of BC I used ganache this time. Chocolate ganache on the top with chocolate cake and white chocolate ganache on the bottom with yellow cake and strawberry filling! I painted the silhouettes with gel coloring.
