My first wedding cake. The peacock is made with Candy Clay (my favorite medium). The cake is devil's food with buttercream frosting. This bride does not care for fondant. There are just under 100 tail feathers plus the body (except for the neck) is covered with a smaller feathers. I threaded Angel Hair pasta into the head pieces to make sure they didn't fall. I had to transport 45 minutes from where I live and it made it fine.
