This is the first time this happened to me. The day after the cake was picked up, the women sent me this photo. She said the cake was pretty, but they could not eat it because this is what happened to it when she cut into it because it was so dry. I asked her if she used a sharp knife to go through the fondant, and she said yes very sharp. I gave her her money back, but when I look at this photo I can't see a mark in the fondant where a knife would have gone through it. it just looks like the cake was ripped apart??????
