Bride And Groom's Wedding Cake
10', 8", 6", 4" half iced with chocolate buttercream, milk chocolate drizzle and tuxedo strawberries, the other half iced with vanilla buttercream. The bride brought me a photo of a similar cake. It was designed by, "Bellaroca Cakes", from Lawrence K.S. This cake was truly a challenge.
How did you manage it? Did you freeze the two half and matched them up?
